Number 5 Gin is so-named because it is our fifth gin recipe, and it is a very special gin made with handpicked Salish Juniper. This unusual gin is made with our distilled cider (not a neutral grain spirit, like most gin) and typical gin botanicals. It has our unusual foraged San Juan Island botanicals: Lavender, Madrone Bark, Blackberries, Wild Rose Hips (flowers in June). Enjoy it on the rocks, in a martini, or a cocktail.
